Mold Preparation for Centrifugal Casting

Brass, Zamak or Silicone masterpiece samples are installed, aligned and heated for consistent filling and material flow.

Spinning Cast Cycle

The mold spins at a controlled speed to distribute molten zamak equally — ideal for prototypes and low-volume batches.

Centrifugal Casting Machine Operation

Molten zamak is poured and pressed outward by rotation, ensuring detailed parts and crisp edges.

Part Extraction & Manual Refining

Pieces are removed from the mold and sprues are separated for first-stage cleanup before finishing.

Raw Output Before Finishing

Unfinished zamak components ready for tumbling, sanding, or custom finishing based on client specifications.

CAD Design & Engineering

3D models are created in Rhino and Fusion 360, optimised for microfusion in brass or bronze.

Master Piece via CNC or 3D Printing

A high-precision master model is produced on CNC machines or 3D printers and used to create the wax-injection mold.

Wax Injection into the Mold

Casting wax is injected into the mold, generating accurate wax copies of the final component.

Wax Tree Assembly

Each wax part is mounted on a central sprue, forming a “tree” ready for investment casting.

Investment Plaster Fill

The wax tree is placed in a cylinder and filled with investment plaster, creating a heat-resistant mold around the wax.

Burnout in the Oven

Cylinders go into the burnout oven: the wax melts out, and the plaster cures, leaving precise cavities for metal.

Brass or Bronze Casting

Molten brass or bronze is injected into the pre-heated mold, taking the exact shape of the former wax parts.

Cooling & Plaster Removal

After cooling, the investment plaster is broken away, and the metal tree is removed.

Cutting and First Cleaning

Individual pieces are cut from the tree and checked, ready for detailed finishing.

Surface Cleaning & Detailing

Edges are refined, surfaces smoothed, and parts prepared for polishing and galvanic finishing.

Finished Components Ready for Shipping

Costume jewellery quality or hardware pieces in brass or bronze, ready for the client’s chosen finish and colour.

Packaging & Worldwide Delivery

Components are packed, labeled and shipped worldwide. Typical lead time is around 2–3 weeks, depending on quantity and finish.
